Shipping Policy

COST: $3.99 but FREE on orders $35+

USPS SHIPPING METHOD: Economy shipping through USPS Ground Advantage, unless you upgrade to Priority Mail available for an additional expense.

HANDLING: From CA as fast as possible, within 3 business days.

 

Return Policy

Returns are accepted for 30 days from the date of delivery, and customer pays for return shipping.

Damaged items are to be reported immediately for replacement, within 7 days of delivery. Please provide photos of the damage, packaging and packing materials so an insurance claim is able to be filed and replacement or refund issued.

Customer will provide a valid, safe mailing address/receptacle for delivery since seller is not responsible for packages stolen after delivery.

If your order's tracking number was marked was delivered by USPS, please check your mailbox, front porch and property thoroughly in case a postal worker substitute placed it in an unusual location, and check with other residents, relatives or neighbors who may have grabbed it for you. Sometimes packages are scanned as delivered on accident when they're in transit elsewhere. Please be patient, and if needed, reach out to your local post office annex to get the GPS coordinates of the delivery scan. If you believe your package has been stolen, please file a police report since mail theft is a felony and tracked closely.
